Today's Workout
Got my workout on today! Thought I’d share!
10 minute treadmill intervals on 5.5
10 minute row machine intervals on 1 mile per 10 minutes
Alternated between these two for an hour, then moved on to 30 minutes of weight training, focusing esp. on my triceps, lats and deltoids.
2 sets of 12 triceps extensions with 10 lbs.
2 sets of 10 lat pull downs with 40 lbs.
2 sets of 15 back...

New Year's Determination
I’m not crazy about calling them resolutions, because more often than not they get said or written down but nothing really gets done… So, here’s my determination, because according to thesaurus.com its equivalent to “unconquerable will”.
